COMPTECH STEEL FLYWHEEL

Kaiten Flywheels are completely heat treated with a new revolutionary nitro carburizing process. The steel surface modified by this process yields a layer as hard as those obtained by conventional technology (Tufftride processing). The mechanical properties of this new process are not only similar or better, but are a superior corrosion-resistant when compared with Tufftride processing.
