A'PEXi GT MANIFOLD
GT Spec Exhaust Manifolds are designed and built to rigorous
race specifications. The manifolds are constructed of highly
polished SUS 304 piping and are TIG welded for durability
and strength. The collector pipes at the exhaust ports are
deburred and hand-ported for optimal exhaust flow. The 4-2-1
design is used for high horsepower gains without sacrificing
mid-range torque like most 4-into-1 configurations.

5.0 & 4.6 liter header kit - no other brand can compare

1996-present 4.6 liter Mustang & Cobra applications. The
available 1-5/8" tube diameter allows for a perfect match
with all level of performance. And the distinctive quality
of our CNC Series guarantees many years of enjoyable performance.
All shorty headers are also available with BBK's optional
high-temp show quality polished ceramic coating.
BBK FULL-LENGTH HEADER & H-PIPE: MUSTANG

Whether you're the owner of the 1979-93, 1994-95 or1996-present
Mustang, nothing will match the peak horsepower and low-end
torque of true full-lenght headers. The problem is, that for
years the only thing that was available would require a bunch
of reworking and a trip to the local muffler shop to fabricate
amid-pipe. That was until BBK's engineers came out with the
first full-lenght system back in 1991. This system for 1979-93
models was revolutionary in that it incorporated all the quality
features found in BBK's famous shorty and equal-lenght headers,
with a fit that was truly a direct bolt-on. From OEM style
oxygen sensor fittings to the unique leak-free dome style
collector - these systems are easy to install and mate to
a direct bolt-on short H-pipe.
COMPTECH TIG HEADER (POLISHED)
Comptech feels that there are two different theories for
header design: either go for maximum peak horsepower at the
expense of the mid-range power, or go for the best gains throughout
the whole RPM range. Maximum peak power works best for a race
car that is geared to always stay in the power band. But for
everyday street use, big gains in the mid-range are far more
useable. After all, you need to get thru the mid-range in
order to get to the top end, don't you. That's why Comptech
does extensive development to maximize the power gains throughout
the whole RPM range with only a small sacrifice to the top
end compared to race type headers. The result is a car that
is quicker and much more fun to drive and you can enjoy the
power gains that much more often.
All Comptech headers feature flanges that are 3/8" thick
and CNC machined to ensure a leak free seal, primaries that
step up in size to boost mid-range power, mandrel bent tubing
for a smooth and uniform bend that not only looks good but
also creates better airflow, performance, and durability,
and O-rings at the connection to ensure a tight and leak free
fitting.
DC SPORTS 4-2-1 2PC HEADER (CERAMIC)
It's no secret that the most horsepower per dollar improvement
you can do to your Honda or Acura is to replace your stock
exhaust manifold with a tuned header system. And a DC Sports
dyno tuned and tested header will breathe new life into the
performance of your vehicle. This allows you to take full
advantage of the power that is all too often hidden away inside
your engine. DC Sports is the only aftermarket performance
part manufacturer that utilizes CNC machined flanges on all
their headers. They have made the investment in CNC machining
centers to provide you with the best parts yor money can buy.
All parts are made in-house so DC can control the quality
of their products. DC Sports uses only mandrel bends in the
construction and assembly assuring you the most efficient
4 into 2 into 1 design on the market today. DC features a
two piece design and CNC machined mounting flanges with O-ring
grooved secondary flanges (O-rings included) for a precise
fit and seal. DC Sports 50 state street legal headers are
designed and tuned to each specific engine application. No
"universal" header systems are offered. With the
installation of a DC Sports header, you'll feel a 10 to 14
horsepower gain over stock as well as increased torque throughout
the RPM band.

JG EDELBROCK HEADER
These headers are designed for Honda/Acura engines, including
JDM spec engines. The header design has been R&D tested
on many well known daily driven 12 second all-motor cars,
as well as 11 second naturally aspirated track vehicles. Gains
on a stock motor over the OEM exhaust manifold are 6HP at
the wheels while retaining the stock cat-back exhaust system.
The header has supported over 250+ HP at the wheels with optional
race B-pipe.

GREDDY HEADER (4-2-1,1PC)
All GReddy headers are made from stainless steel mandrel
bent pipes and investment casted flanges. Main power improvements
are made by the design and placement of the collectors to
even out the exhaust pulses. Large primary runners make it
a solid choice for vehicles that will have higher horsepower
modifications.
PACESETTER HEADER (ARMOR COATED)
Manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and surface-ground,
thick steel flanges, PaceSetter Headers are available with
standard black painted finish or ARMOR Coast, a polished,
2000 degree F metallic-ceramic coating. Each header undergoes
an extensive preparation phase follow by two applications
of the coating and a high-temp curing process. The ARMOR Coat
won't discolor like paint, chrome or dull finish coating,
reduces underhood temperatures, resists rust and corrosion
and is easy to keep clean. All PaceSetter Headers come with
hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions and are backed
by a three-year warranty. Header bolts not included.
